1 cupcoriander leaves paste
1 tablespoonOnion paste
1 tablespoonginger and garlic paste
1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
To tastesalt and sugar
1 tablespoonGreen chilli paste
Mustard oil as required

Wash the fish well.

Marinate the rohu fish with all the ingredients. Keep aside for 15 minutes.

Heat oil in the pan. Pour this marinated fish in the pan and cover with a lid for 10 - 15 minutes in low flame.

Green fish is ready.
