Ingredients

  • 250 gmfish
  • 2lemon
  • 1 spoonGinger Garlic and Chilli Paste
  • Salt as required(as seafood is already saltie)
  • 2 pinchBlack Pepper
  • 2 pinchCoriander Powder
  • 1/2 spoonolive oil
  • LeavesGreen Coriander
  • 6-7mint leaves

Steps

    Marinate the fish.by adding

  2. 2

    Ginger garlic and Chilli paste, salt, pepper, coriander powder, juice of 1 lemon, olive oil.

  3. 3

    Marinate it fir 10 minutes.

  4. 4

    Take a steamer.

  5. 5

    Add water. Give it a boil.

  6. 6

    Place the marinated fish.

  7. 7

    On the top of the fish piece's

  8. 8

    Place sliced lemon rings, green coriander leaves and mint leaves.

  9. 9

    Close the lid.

  10. 10

    Steam the fish for 8 to 10 minutes. On medium to low heat.

  11. 11

    Serve with minty meeyo.
