This paneer curry is totally a protein packed recipe with gudness of power packed paneer and peanuts . Here i have given a twist that in place of adding normal raw cottage cheese i have added pan grilled paneer in the gravy which adds more taste to the curry and roasted peanuts add nutty aroma..

Steps

Put a little oil on a grilled pan and add panner cubes on it.

Keep the gas flame medium..

Turn the sides of the paneer and press it a little on every cube to get the prominent lines.

Keep it aside once iþ gets brown grilled lines.

In a wok add oil heat it.

Add jeera allow it to splutter..Add ginger garlic paste and roast it till the raw smell disappears..

Add chopped big chunks of tomatoes.and roast it till it becomes tender.

Now allow it to cool and after cooling grind it in a mixer jar along with preroasted presoaked peanuts and make a smooth paste

Now in a wok add oil or butter and pour this paste

Add all the spices and salt and roast it for sometimes.

Add water and adjust it's consistency

Add grilled paneer cubes.stir it.Allow it to simmer for sometimes...

Switch off the gas flame.

Garnish the delicious protein rich dish with dhania.

Serve with chappati laccha patanthas or rice
