Soak chole over night

Boil it in cooker add salt and haldi powder give 5 to 6 whistles

Make paste of onion tomato green chilli ginger.

Take pan and add oil and tej patta. when it heat up add jeera and add paste in it.

Add all the mentioned spices and cover it and let it cook till oil seprates from the paste.

Add chole and cover it for 5 mins. chole is ready.

For bhature made soft dough of the mentioned ingridients.

Wrap it with kitchen towel and rest it for 2 hours.

Make small balls and roll it. and deep fry it in vow.

Serve hot. usually dry chole are served with bhature and salad and onion.
