Steps

    1 st I take aata and mixed with water to prepare katori Puri

  2. 2

    Then I taken refine to dry the katori Puri

  3. 3

    After completion of katori Puri I started to prepare chole with kabli channa (Gram)

    I start to fry kabli chanawith potatoes,onion, tomato, chole masala with one spoon of mustard oil

    After completion of chole I show or ready my katori chat as per shown in picture...
