Soak both dal for 2-3hours strain water.Now in a mixer add greenchilly,gingerand both dal and make fine paste.

Add all spices and mix add little breadcrumbs.Heat oil in a pan make small rolls of dal and coat with left bread crumbs and fry till they are golden and crisp.

Enjoy it with sauce or chutney.
