4eggs
2 tbspbaking powder
2 tbspbutter
1 cupsugar
3 cupswarm water
Syrup to soak in
Castor sugar to sprinkle
1 litreoil to deep fry

Mix all ingredients together knead the dough until soft

Using hands make long strips and plait them

Heat oil hot and deep fry both sides for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
