Ingredients

35 minutes
2 servings
  • 2 cupwhole grain flour
  • 200 gboneless chicken keema
  • 2medium sized carrot chopped
  • 3-4babycorn sliced
  • 2medium sized onion chopped
  • 1 tea spoongarlic chopped
  • 1/2 cupred and green bell peppers chopped
  • 1 tea spoonblack pepper powder
  • 1 tablespoonsoy sauce
  • 1 tablespoontomato sauce
  • As neededoil and water
  • To tastesalt and sugar

Steps

35 minutes
  1. 1

    In a large bowl add salt, sugar and oil into flour. Mix water into the flour to form a dough. Cover it and leave for 20 minutes

  2. 2

    Divide the dough into equal balls and roll out circular pieces

  3. 3

    Heat a heavy bases frying pan until hot. Fry the circular rotis till it starts to puff up

  4. 4

    Heat oil in a pan. Shallow fry chicken keema and chopped onions, when pinkish add garlic, babycorn, carrot and bell peppers and mix well

  5. 5

    Add soy and tomato sauce to it, the stuffing is ready

  6. 6

    Place the stuffing in the rotis and wrap
