In a large bowl add salt, sugar and oil into flour. Mix water into the flour to form a dough. Cover it and leave for 20 minutes

Divide the dough into equal balls and roll out circular pieces

Heat a heavy bases frying pan until hot. Fry the circular rotis till it starts to puff up

Heat oil in a pan. Shallow fry chicken keema and chopped onions, when pinkish add garlic, babycorn, carrot and bell peppers and mix well

Add soy and tomato sauce to it, the stuffing is ready
- 6
Place the stuffing in the rotis and wrap
