Ingredients

  • 1Beetroot
  • 1carrot
  • 2potatoes
  • 1Onion
  • 1 cupPaneer grated
  • 1 tspChaat masala
  • 1/2 cupRoasted groundnuts
  • 2bread slices
  • 1 tablespoonAll purpose flour
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 cupBeans
  • 1/2 cupPeas
  • as neededOil for frying
  • 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  • 1 cupBreadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cupChopped coriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil whole carrot,beetroot,potatoes,peas,beans in a pressure cooker

  2. 2

    Now peel them,mash them well..

  3. 3

    In a pan add 2 tablespoon oil and sauté onion till changes colour

  4. 4

    Add ginger garlic paste and sauté till raw smell goes off

  5. 5

    Add the mashed vegetables and salt and mix well..cool it

  6. 6

    Add chopped coriander,chopped green chilli,grated paneer,Chaat masala,roasted and crushed groundnuts and 2 grinded bread slices and mix well

  7. 7

    Make nuggets like shown in the pic..

  8. 8

    Make a thin paste using all purpose flour and water..

  9. 9

    Dip these nuggets in this paste and then roll on breadcrumbs...do all these similarly

  10. 10

    Heat sufficient oil in a Kadhai and deep fry these nuggets..

  11. 11

    Enjoy with chutney or sauce of your choice
