Cabbage manchurian and fried rice

For manchurian: mix all the veggies and onions in a bowl. Mix all the sauces, salt, pepper powder and cornflour and maida to make adough. Make small round balls. Heat the oil and fry manchurian balls till golden brown.

For gravy: take a pan heat oil and put finely chopped onions and fry fthem for 2-3 minutes. Add all the veggies and stir fry for few minutes. Add sauces and salt pepper powder. Cook for 2 minutes and then add cornflour and maida mixture (dissolved in water) add water as required to make a semi liquid gravy. Cookifot2 minutes and turn off the gas

For fried rice: Take a pan and pour oil. Add chopped onions and sauté for 2 minutes. Then add chopped mix veggies and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add sauces and seasoning. Mix well and now add half done boiled rice and mix well. Add a little water if required. Cover the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes or until rice is cooked properly. Your fried rice are ready to eat

Before serving heat the gravy and put manchurian balls in it and take a boil. Serve hot with hot fried rice 🍚
