Rajma tikki best in health and taste is mind blowing
Steps

Soak Rajma for 8 to 10 hours then boiled till soft and drain water (you can use this rajma water for any other vegetables very healthy)

Now cut onion and green chilli finely

Peel and mashed potatoes and grind rajma in grinder

Take a nonstick pan put 1/4 tsp ghee on low heat and add onion, cook till little soft add ginger, garlic, chopped coriander and green chilli mix it add salt, garam masala, red chilli powder,coriander powder and give a good mix now put rajma and cook for 1 minute then add potatoes and and cook for another 1 minute then off heat

Let the mixture cool down then add corn flour and mix and give the shape of tikki

Take again non stick pan add little butter then cook tikki till golden I use very little oil because I want to make healthier if you want to fry you can fry
