Steps

First of all mix all dry ingredients like salt, chilli powder, turmeric etc

Take 1 big brinjal & cut into thick slices. Heat oil in Tawa or frying pan

Take brinjal slices & coat with all dry ingredients
- 4
Put brinjal slices on tawa & shallow fry on low flame for 2-3 mintutes each side or they become golden
- 5
Arrange fried brinjal slices in serving plate & serve with parantha & curd or dal
