First soak soyachunks and boil strain extra water and grind it.Now cut the brinjal in thin layers.Now do ready stuffing take a pan add oil then onion and all ingredients one by one except brinjal and black pepper.

Now heat a pan add little oil and place layers of brinjal and sprinkle little salt and black pepper both side and shallow fry

Just do all shallow fry now take out all in napkin.Take a four layer place in one above other it should be square shape like one on top side one on bottom side one left and one right side overlapping it's side with each other.

Now place the stuffing in there middle and roll one one layer like in picture and insert toothpick in it.
