Ingredients

20 minute
For 4 people
  • 1/2small bowl of toor, Chana, masoor, urad and moong daal
  • 2onion and tomatoes (finely chopped)
  • 2-3green chilli
  • 1 spoonGinger garlic paste
  • 1 spoonred chilli powder
  • 1/2 spoonhaldi, jeera and dhaniya powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 cloveand green elaichi
  • 1 pinchjeera and black mustard seed
  • leavesFor garnishing Fresh green coriander
  • 2 spoonoil

Steps

20 minute
  1. 1

    Mix all the pulses. Wash it properly.

  2. 2

    Boil it in cooker and whistle upto 3 or 4 whistle.

  3. 3

    Take a pan. Put oil. Heat the oil. Add jeera, black mustard seed, clove and hari elaichi in it.

  4. 4

    Add chopped onion and green chilli. Saute for a minute.

  5. 5

    Add ginger garlic paste. Saute for a minute. Add all the masala powder in it.

  6. 6

    Add chopped tomatoes. Saute for a minute. Now add the boiled daal in it.

  7. 7

    Mix well. Add water if required. Cook it fir 10 minute.

  8. 8

    Your Panchmel daal tadka is ready. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
