Ingredients

2 serving
  • 200 gmNoodles
  • 2 tbspOil
  • 1/2 cupOnion sliced
  • 1 tspGarlic chopped
  • 1/2 cupChopped carrot
  • 1/2 cupChopped beans
  • 1/2 cupCabbage chopped
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspBlack pepper
  • 1 tbspSoya sauce

Steps

15-20 min
  1. 1

    Boiled the noodles with little bit of oil and salt and stain the noodles and set aside.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan add garlic,carrot,beans and saute.

  3. 3

    Add onion,cabbage and capcicum and mix it and satue.

  4. 4

    Add boiled noodles and mix it well and add salt,pepper,soya sauce and mix.

  5. 5

    Plating and serve hot.
