1 kgplums
2onions
2 piecesgarlic
to tastesalt
6red chillies
1/2 cupwater
4 tbspcrushed sugar

Peel the plums & cut the onions in cubes

Take the mixie & put onions, garlic,salt,red chillies,sugar & pulp of plums

Grind them & make a smooth paste of it

Take a pan,pour the paste in it & cook for 5 min

Let it be cooldown

Take a jar & preserve the chutney
