Steps

Marinate the chicken pieces with ginger garlic onion green chillies paste,curd,red chilli Powder and garam masala powder

Heat oil and fry the Potatoes adding salt and turmeric powder and keep aside

Now add oil and saute the remaining paste,adding salt and turmeric powder

As the paste is nicely done add marinated chicken pieces and saute

Cover it and stir in between

Add red chilli Powder and tomato puree saute well
- 7
As the masala starts releasing oil add Potatoes and saute well
- 8
Add warm water and simmer till the Potatoes and chicken get soft

Add sugar(optional) and garam masala powder

Switch off adding ghee

Serve it with rice or chapati
