Steps

Soke daal for 4 to 5 hrs.

Daal will get soft and double in size then make a paste using mixi or traditional way.

Now add in salt, adrak mirchi and soda and rest for some time.

Now heat up the oil and fry vadi till crisps. U can even bake them or air fry them.

Serve it with green phudia chutney.
