Put 2 cup of water to boil and add 1 tbs of margarine

Stir in the flour and cook ugali

Cook for about 10 min and the ugali is ready to be served

In a cooking pan add the sliced liver and onions steam for about 5 min then add 2 tbs of cooking oil and onions

Cook for about 10 min and its should be ready

In another pan steam the spinach for 5 min and heat 2 tbs of cooking oil in a pan and shallow fry the onion

For about 3 min it should be ready to be served
