Beetroot cutlets
Steps

Wash peel and grate beetroot

Add mashed potatoes

Just wet bread slices and add in beetroot

Now add onion, dry masale and mix nicely

Crush and spread vermicelli in flat plate

Now give desired shape and roll in vermicelli

Do this fr all cutlets

Keep oil in pan and deep fry cutlets till golden brown colour and serve hot with sauce or chutney
