  • 4peeled rinsed and diced cassava
  • 6 handfuls ofwell cleaned wild leaves nkanka
  • 3 litreswater
  • 2 cupsground peanuts
  • 1 tspsalt and pepper to taste

    Boil cassava with salt when tender add ground peanuts

  2. 2

    Stir when the water is low then add nkanka simmer for 5 minutes and mash it

  3. 3

    Ready to serve
