Grind the over night socked urad dal add salt to it. This batter should not be very thick or very thin.

Now take refined oil in the kadai and switch on the flam. When the oil is heated put small balls of batter into it. Fry them till they get light brown colour.

Now put the badas in water and within a half minute take them out and drain out them, while draining don't destroy it's shape

Now put them in serving bowl spread curd over it. Now put both types of chutanis on it.

Sprinkle some red chilli powder, salt and jeera powder on it. Your dahi bada is ready to serve.
