First wash brinjals thoroughly and cut vertically in criss-cross till half.

Add all spices separately in a bowl.

Now stuff this spices powder nicely in brinjals' cuts.

Heat oil in a non stick pan and roast these stuffed brinjals on low flame.

Flip side by holding brinjal stem.

Nicely roast all sides by changing direction carefully.

Soon brinjals will become soft and golden in colour.
