Steps

Heat 1tbsp oil add onion fry well then add tomatoes, ginger, garlic, almonds fry for 5mins..

After cooling add all fried ingredients & make a fine paste

Heat oil in pan, add bay leaf, cinnamon and cardmom,next pour the onion, tomato paste and cook until mixture thickens

Add red chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala powder,turmeric, kasoori methi saute on low heat until the mixture leaves sides of pan

Add mushrooms & salt saute for 2-3mins

Pour water as needed & cook until the mushrooms turn tender. Bring gravy to desired consistency by pouring more water if needed

Add fresh cream and coriander leaves

Switch off the gas
