Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupBlanched baby spinach
  2. 3-4Mushrooms sliced
  3. 2 clovesGarlic chopped
  4. 1red Chilli sliced
  5. 1 slicebread cup in rounder
  6. 2 slicecucumber
  7. 2 slicetomato
  8. as neededOilve oil
  9. To tasteSalt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan

    Add 1 spoon of oil.

  3. 3

    Add chopped garlic sautee a while.

  4. 4

    Add blanched spinach.

  5. 5

    Sprinkle some salt and pepper.

  6. 6

    Keep a side.

    Take the same pan for the Mushroom.

    Add sliced mushroom and red chilli.

  9. 9

    Sautee for a while.

    Season with salt and pepper.

    Keep a side again

    Into the same pan we will cook sunny egg.

    And Toast bread rounder's.

    Arrange all the veggie.

    And veggie Garden with mushroom is ready to eat.
