Wash the mushroom and cut in to small size.

Now heat oil in a kadhai and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and curry leaves.

When the mustard seeds papaya, add the sliced onions, green chilies and chopped garlic and ginger. Saute until the onions turn translucent.

Next add the all masala like haldi,cumin powder,salt and coriander powder.fry it 3 min. Then add tomato puri.fry ot 2 to 3 min again.then add mushrooms and fry on medium flame for about 6 minutes or until all the moisture from the mushrooms dries up.

Now add red chilli powder, black pepper powder and garam masala. If u like you add capsicum also at this time.

Fry everything for another 2-4 minutes till the mushroom pieces are nicely browned.

Switch off and take it in a serving dish. Garnish with coriander leaves and
