Remove outer petals of the flower and collect the tiny flowers.
Carefully chop the flowers, add a pinch of turmeric powder on the flowers to prevent discolouration
Add besan and other ingredients except oil, mix well to form a tight batter, add a tsp of hot oil and mix thoroughly.
Heat oil, drop batter in peaks, deep fry till light golden brown and crispy.
Transfer them on to a paper napkin to remove extra oil.
This is a healthy tea-time snack.
