Ingredients

  1. For kebab
  2. 1 cupboiled and crushed kaala chana
  3. 1 tbsppaneer
  4. 1 tbspbesan(for binding)
  5. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  6. to tastesalt, redchillipd, chaat masala, garam masala (acc. to taste)
  7. as neededoil for frying
  8. to tastegreen chutney of coriander and mint
  9. as neededonion rings

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix kaala chana, paneer, ginger garlic paste, besan and all the masalas to form cylindrical kebabs.

  2. 2

    Fry in medium hot oil.(put 1 first if it breaks then add a little more besan)

  3. 3

    Make 2 parathas with whole wheat aata.

  4. 4

    Spread chutney on the paratha,put onion rings and kebab.

  5. 5

    Put more chutney and rings on top and roll the paratha. Serve them hot.
