Steps

Heat ghee in a pan and fry the phool makhana, stir until it's slightly brown, keep it aside.

Now heat oil and fry capsicum and onion and then paneer.Keep aside.

In the same oil add cumin seeds when they splutter add paneer, turmeric powder, salt, chat masala,black pepper mix nicely.

Now add some water and cook for 2 minutes.

Now add slit green chilies, onions, phool makhana, capsicum, red chilli flakes and oregano, mix it and cover with lid.

Cook for a minute and switch off the flame.

At last,add lemon juice mix it and sprinkle hand crushed/chopped basil leaf

If u like coconut then add grated coconut

Enjoy this dish as a starter as a salad as a snack as a side dish or as a dish as you like.
