Steps

Take the sweet potatoes in a aluminium wrap and oil and salt to them and bundle them up as shown,do the some for the beetroot as well

Roast these in a preheated oven at 180°c for 40 to 45 min.and let them cool down for 10 to 15 min.

Unwrap from the foil and peel them

Mash th together througly

Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds green chilli,ginger and gram flour and roast for 3-4min.

Add coriander powder,cumin powder,black pepper,chilli flakes, amchur powder and salt mix it well

Now add the sweet potato s and beetroot mash to the gram flour mixture and mix it well and transfer to a bowl

Shape the mixture into kebabs with oil greased palm
- 9
Oil in a pan and fry the kebabs
