Steps

Cook pumpkin cubes adding sufficient water, salt, jaggery, turmeric powder.

Meanwhile grind coconut smoothly by adding some water, sambar powder and tamarind.

Now transfer coconut masala into into cooked pumpkin.

Mix well, adjust water.

Bring it to boil finely in low flame for 5 minutes.

Heat a seasoning pan, add seasoning ingredients, let it fry, add curry leaves.

Transfer into boiling sambar, take off flame, cover a plate.

Serve in hot with hot steamed rice.
