Take a pan and heat a little oil. Add jeera, hing to it add boiled and mashed sweet potatoes and potatoes and mash them properly. Add finely chopped green chilli and add dry masala mix well and cook for 2 minutes

Shallow fry it on both the sides to make a crispy golden brown colour parantha by pouring a little ghee all over the parantha. It's ready to eat serve it hot with curd or sauce
