Ingredients

  • 2sweet potatoes boiled
  • 2potatoes boiled
  • 1green chilli
  • 1 tbspoil
  • to tasteDry masalas (salt. Pepper powder, amchur. Haldi and dry dhaniya powder)
  • As neededGreen coriander leaves
  • Pinchhing
  • 1-2 tspSaunf,
  • 1-2 tspajwain
  • 2 cupsWheat flour
  • as neededGhee for shallow frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan and heat a little oil. Add jeera, hing to it add boiled and mashed sweet potatoes and potatoes and mash them properly. Add finely chopped green chilli and add dry masala mix well and cook for 2 minutes

  2. 2

    Let the mixture cool. Now make a dough with what flour take a small round ball of the dough

  3. 3

    Dust some flour on platform and roll the ball with rolling pin. Pour a little ghee on it. Put a tbsp filling mixture of sweet potatoes. Again make a round ball covering the. Mixture and dust some flour and roll it again to make a round parantha

  4. 4

    Shallow fry it on both the sides to make a crispy golden brown colour parantha by pouring a little ghee all over the parantha. It's ready to eat serve it hot with curd or sauce
