  2. 150 mlButtermilk-
  3. as neededMoyan ke liye oil
  4. 1/2 tspSaunf
  5. 1/4 tspAjwain
  6. 1 tspChopped dhania
  7. 1Chopped hari mirch
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 1 tsp Lal mirch powder
  10. 1/4 tsp Haldi
  11. 1 tsp Dhania powder
  12. 1/2 tspJeera tadka ke liye
  13. as neededWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Ek bowl me besan le kar usme ajwain,saunf,lal mirch powder 1/2 tspn, salt aur oil 2 tspn daal kar mix karein

    Water daal kar dough taiyar karein

  3. 3

    Dough ko lambai ki shape de kar gatte taiyar karein

  4. 4

    Ek pan me 300 mltr water le aur gas par ubale

  5. 5

    Ubal aane par gatte daale aur gatto ko ublne de

  6. 6

    5-7 mnts. me gatte ubal jaayenge aur pak kar upar a jaaye to gas band karein.

    Gatto ko bahar Nikal le aur manpasnd shape me cut karein

  8. 8

    Ek pan le aur usme oil daal kar jeera ka tadka lagaaye aur saare masale daal kar buttermilk daale aur ubal aane tak lagatar stir karein

  9. 9

    Ab gravy me gatte daal kar 5 mnts. tak pakne de

  10. 10

    Pakne par dhania patti aur hari mirch daale

  11. 11

    Hamari gatte ki sabji taiyar hai.aap ise pulao roti ya bajre ki roti ke saath serve karein
