Instant Suji Handvo

In a bowl take suji, chickpea flour, curd and mix it well. Add water if required.

Now add peanuts, red chilli powder, coriander powder, capsicum salt and green chilli and mix it well.

Let this mixture rest for 10 minutes.

After 10 min add baking soda and mix it nicely.

Now heat a pan and add oil in it.

When oil is hot add mustard seeds and curry leaves. After one minute pour the mixture and level it. Cover the pan and roast it for at least 5 minute.

After 5 minutes flip it and roast it.

When it's color changes to golden brown. Take it out in a plate and serve it hot with your favourite sauce.
