Ingredients

  • 100gmRava
  • 1/2 literFull cream milk
  • 3 tspghee
  • 1/2cupSugar powder
  • 1cupCoconut powder
  • 1/4tspcardamom powder
  • 1/2cup Sugar for making sugar syrup
  • 1pinchPink/red food colour (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil milk in pan or kadhai add rava 3tsp ghee....continue stir it

  2. 2

    After 2 mints add sugar powder and cardamom powder

  3. 3

    Stir it until rava become thicker...

  4. 4

    Only in3-4 mints rava get thick...then the flame let it cool..

  5. 5

    Now take some water drops in ur hand and make rava balls

  6. 6

    Heat pan put 1/2 cup sugar and Half cup water in it.

  7. 7

    Boil it on medium flame make sugar syrup of it...

  8. 8

    Now boil all rava balls in sugar syrup...

  9. 9

    Take out in plate and coat all balls wth coconut powder...

  10. 10

    Fr colour rasgulle add one pinch pink ar red food colour in rava mixture....ready rava dry rasgulle
