Ingredients

  • 200 gself raising flour
  • 3eggs
  • 1 tspvanilla
  • 175 gsugar
  • 200 gbutter
  • Jam
  • Coconut

Steps

  1. 1

    Cream the butter and sugar

  2. 2

    Add the flour, eggs and vanilla and combine

  3. 3

    Bake at 160 untill slightly golden

  4. 4

    When cooled top with jam and loads of coconut!
