Ingredients

  1. 200 gself raising flour
  2. 3eggs
  3. 1 tspvanilla
  4. 175 gsugar
  5. 200 gbutter
  6. Jam
  7. Coconut

Steps

  1. 1

    Cream the butter and sugar

  2. 2

    Add the flour, eggs and vanilla and combine

  3. 3

    Bake at 160 untill slightly golden

  4. 4

    When cooled top with jam and loads of coconut!
