To make cake batter, beat the curd properly with the help of whisk.

Then add powder sugar and oil and mix it well. Add samolina,all purpose flour and 1/2 cup milk and mix it. Keep it aside for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, add 1/2 cup milk and mix it well.

Then add baking powder,baking soda, essence and mix it.

Place the batter in greased cake mould. Bake it 180d for 40 to 45 minutes in preheated oven. Then cool the cake.

For chocolate ganach, heat the fresh cream then switch off the flame, add chocolate pieces and mix it,add butter and mix it well.

Pour this chocolate ganach over the cake and keep it in refrigerator for 1 hour to set the ganach.

Decorate it with chocolate biscuits, chocolate sticks and colourful sprinkles.
