Steps

Measure all your ingredients

Whisk together all the dry ingredients

Add the coconut milk

Mix with a spatula

Once thick. Knead the dough by hand

Once the dough is ready. Let it rest for a few hours or overnight

Once rested, dust your surface with flour.

Divide the dough into 4 balls. Roll out them divide into quarters

Heat your deep frying oil.

Add the quarters of the dough to cook

Cook on both sides

Cook till nicely brown.

Place the mahamri in a bowl lined with kitchen paper towel
