For golgappe Dough-Mix all mentoined ingredients except water lastly add little by little water to knead,keep it 2-3hours to rest cover it and after the rub dough for 10-15minutes to make dough smooth.

Make small balls and roll like disc and heat oil and fry it in medium flame till it's golden.

For pani--Mix all ingredients and stir.

For stuffing-Soak black garamovernight in morning strain water and boil it with a potato by washing it.Add oil to pan little add black gram and mash potato and all masala's and mix and keep it dry.
