Ingredients

  1. For golgappe dough-
  2. 60 gmoil
  3. 1 pinchsalt
  4. as neededLukewarm water to knead
  5. For golgappe pani--
  6. 2 cupwater
  7. 2 tspjaljeera powder
  8. 1 tspblack salt
  9. 1 tspcumin powder
  10. 3 tspmint&green chilli paste
  11. For stuffing -
  12. 1/2 cupblack garm
  13. to tasteSalt
  14. 1boiled potato
  15. 1 tspchaat masala
  16. 1 tspchana masala
  17. as neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    For golgappe Dough-Mix all mentoined ingredients except water lastly add little by little water to knead,keep it 2-3hours to rest cover it and after the rub dough for 10-15minutes to make dough smooth.

    Make small balls and roll like disc and heat oil and fry it in medium flame till it's golden.

    For pani--Mix all ingredients and stir.

  4. 4

    For stuffing-Soak black garamovernight in morning strain water and boil it with a potato by washing it.Add oil to pan little add black gram and mash potato and all masala's and mix and keep it dry.
