Mix achari masala and all spices in curd very well. Heat a pan and put oil in it. When it became hot add gram flour. Stir frequently for 2 minute.

Add all veggies dices paneer cube and rosted gram flourinto the merination. Keep aside for 10 minutes.

Make satay stick with these marinated veggies. Grill with some butter in a grill pan.

Serve immediately.
