Soaked the soya granules in warm water for 10 minutes.

Then take kadhai put oil heat it then add cumin seeds and Crackling them.

Then add onion paste, ginger and garlic paste saute for 2 minutes.

Then add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, Pav Bhaji masala powder and saute for 2 minutes then add matar, soya granules and saute it.

Then Cover the lid and on low flame cooked for 10 minutes.

Your sabzi is ready for serving with chappati, Puri, paratha.
