Ingredients

  1. 200 gsalmon fillet
  2. 160 gChinese noodles
  3. 40 gdried shiitake mushroom
  4. 60 gmix bellpeppers
  5. 20 gmbeansprouts
  6. 20 gmcarrots
  7. 80 mlBBq sauce
  8. 30 gleeks

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Sered the salmon till the skin crispy then when its cook glazed with barbecue sauce in the same pan

  2. 2

    Saute all the vegetables with shitake mushroom then add the noodles with BBQ sauce spring onion then put on the plate

  3. 3

    Serve the salmon on the noodles glaze again BBQ sauce

  4. 4

    Garnish with fried leeks and sesame seeds
