Heat the oil.

Cut the potatoes into 2 bite sized pieces.

Fry the potatoes for 2 minutes per side

Mix the flour with the salt and pepper, this is the same flour mixture for the Greek Inspired Fried Pork Sandwich recipe I also used the same oil to fry in. I floured the potatoes before the pork so as not to cause cross contamination.

Add the potatoes that you just fried coating all the pieces. Fry the rest of the potatoes pieces and do the same.

Take out of the flour and set aside

Fry the potatoes in batches with the flour on them

Move to paper towels and repeat till done. Serve I hope you enjoy!!
