In a pan heat sugar and caramelise it..when it changes colour add chopped apple and sauté for a min..

Add vinegar and sauté and keep it aside

In a double boiler melt chocolate and butter..mix well to a smooth paste

Add one egg,baking powder and all purpose flour and mix everything well so that there will be no lumps

Add some milk if the batter is thick

Now heat a non stick pan and put some batter and make a pan cake..

Grease with some butter or oil

Flip and cook when both the sides are well cooked..

Make two pancakes

For the plating take one pancake and spread the caramelised apple over it..then place the other pancake

Top with some honey and serve hot
