In a hot pan, pour oil and cook the eggs... Scrambled eggs and set aside

Chop all the veggies into cubes including the ham slices...

In a hot sufuria,add 3tablespoons of oil... Add in the onions, garlic, carrots and frenchbeans...

Cook for about 3min then add the black pepper, salt and garam masala cooking for another 2min...

Add in the chopped ham,hoho and courgette... Cooking for about 1min...you can add beef broth.. Had some saved from last I cooked... Or just water to prevent from sticking

Add in the rice and stir and toss ensuring it is evenly mixed...

Pour in the soy sauce and mix well coating all the rice...let it cook for 1-2min then take off heat

You can eat it like that or serve with stew... I served with beef stew and avocado
