Ingredients

  • 1 cupgram flour / besan
  • 3 cupcurd
  • As neededwater
  • to tasteRed chilli powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspgaram masala powder
  • 1 pinchhing
  • 1 tspcumin seed

Steps

  1. 1

    In a big bowl add besan+curd +salt, red chilli +turmeric powder abd mix well with required water.

  2. 2

    Make lumps free thin batter.

  3. 3

    Keep on gass on low flame.

  4. 4

    Take a pan adc 2 tsp oil, hing, jeera and put in on batter.

  5. 5

    Kadhi is ready
