  2. 1 cupthick curd
  3. 6 tspsugar (it could be more or less according to taste)
  4. 1/2 tspcardamon powder
  5. as neededsilver coated cardamon for garnish

    Slice banana right before making raita

    Mix sugar and curd till smooth

    Add banana slices and cardmon powder and whisk the mixture

    Garnish with silver coated cardamon
