8-10Sliced potato
1 bowlgram flour (Besan)
to tasteSalt
1 tspRed chilli
1 pinchasafoetida
as neededWater
as neededOil for fry

Keep potato slices in water to avoid blackish

Mix all ingredients in gram.flour except oil and potato
3

Make a batter and keep aside for 10 minute

Now in a pan heat oil.Flame should be medium
5

Take a slice.Dip in the batter,deep fry in hot oil.

Serve with tea and sauce
