Place a refiend flour in a bowl, make a well in the center, add baking powder, pinch of salt and little bit of oil and mix.

Add lukewarm water and knead into a dough.

Cover and rest for 3-4 hours to rise.

In a mixing bowl add egg,onion,green chilli,salt,cumin powder,red chilli powder and bread crumps and beat the egg nicely.

Divide the dough into 2 equal portions. Press a portion of the dough flat on a rolling board and roll out into an oblong of 125 mm.

Make center and pour the egg mixed and wrap it in square shape.

Served hot with green salad.
