  4. 1/4 tspnamak
  5. 1/4 tspHaldi powder
  6. 1/4 tsplaal mirch
  7. 1/2 tspnimbu ka juice
  8. 1/4 tspRai
  9. 1 tbspmilk
  10. 1 tbspoil

  1. 1

    Bhutte ko kas le, pan mein Oil garam karein. Rai, hari mirch ka tadka lagaye. Haldi, mirch daalkar kassa hua bhutta daale. Chalaye aur namak bhi daale. Slow heat par pakne de. 2 minute baad, kinaro par doodh daale aur chalaye. Gas band karde. Nimbu nichode, serving plate mein daalkar, hara dhaniya, hari mirch se garnish karein. Yeh Indore ki special dish hai.
